Mountain Climbers and a Hospital Stay

A whirlwind of events. I landed in the ER for chest pain and left arm pain. Admitted for observation for possible heart attack. No heart attack. I’m a mystery and more chest pains. I have been needing to re-condition my body. I decided to try mountain climbers today and slight dizziness but I believe a success for me. Stay positive and motivated.
